I received such a warm welcome upon arrival and was given help with any questions. The room proved spacious and large, with big and dreamy beds. i loved the hotel's 1930's feel, that felt really in keeping with the building's style.
the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the hotel sits very close to the city center, requiring just a few minutes walk. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a tram stop only a few minutes away. I loved how convenient this location was.

the location was really convenient, near metro and tram stops. the staff welcomed me warmly. the room was very clean. breakfast included lots of variety (i tried almost everything!).
the heating stopped briefly after using the shower, but it returned quickly.

the location was quite convenient for getting around the area I needed to be in.
the room's heating was inconsistent after showers it stopped for a period this made the room quite cold especially during the evenings the overnight reception was unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue when the heating failed completely extra blankets were unavailable and there seemed to be a lack of willingness to address the problem in the morning.

The breakfast buffet included diverse options, with delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The room was clean, a great relief after long travel days. Staff provided maps and directions to local attractions, especially Anna was helpful.
Street parking was sometimes difficult to find. But the hotel has an underground parking.
